What it does

Extract, rotate and reorder PDF pages with local thumbnails. Download one PDF or split pages into a ZIP.

How to use it

1. Choose an unencrypted PDF, then select pages using checkboxes or ranges such as 1, 3-5. Arrows change the export order; rotation turns a page clockwise.
2. Create one PDF or export each selected page separately in a ZIP. Processing and previews stay on this device.
3. Up to 25 MB and 200 pages; 50 MB export budget and 15 seconds per preview/export. Splitting requires input size times selected pages to fit the export budget. Cancel processing at any time. Form fields are flattened; signatures, bookmarks and document attachments are not preserved. Keep your original.

Select pages 1 and 3 from a three-page PDF to create a two-page document.

Methodology

pdf-lib copies selected pages in display order and applies rotations. PDF.js renders local thumbnails. Separate pages are packaged with fflate.

Limitations

Unencrypted PDFs only; 25 MB and 200 pages. Export budget: 50 MB including ZIP overhead; splitting also requires input size times selected pages within 50 MB. Preview/export stop after 15 seconds and can be cancelled. Damaged files or unsupported form appearances may fail. Document-level metadata and signatures are not preserved.
