How to use it

2. Step through moves or choose a position. Export the current FEN or SVG diagram.
3. Processing stays in your browser. No upload or sign-up.

Load 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 and step through the four half-moves.

Methodology

chess.js validates a single PGN main line and generates positions and legal moves; the viewer renders an accessible board and SVG.

Limitations

100,000 characters and 1,000 half-moves. Comments and variations are omitted from playback. No engine, best-move analysis or opening database. Diagram glyph appearance depends on installed fonts.
