What it does

Preview a local TTF or OTF font, check sample code-point coverage and export an SVG specimen.

How to use it

1. Select a font and enter sample text, then check glyphs and preview.
2. Download the SVG specimen or coverage JSON. The font file stays in this browser.
3. Processing stays in your browser. No upload or sign-up.

Methodology

opentype.js parses the font in a terminable worker, checks character-to-glyph mappings and renders vector outlines.

Limitations

10 MiB TTF/OTF and 500 sample characters. Coverage is not a guarantee of shaping or language support. Specimens may clip above 20,000 units wide. Font licensing remains with the supplied file.
