Printable label sheets

What it does

Convert CSV records into printable PDF labels with adjustable dimensions, margins and overflow warnings.

How to use it

1. Import or paste CSV with unique headers, up to 200,000 characters, 500 records and 12 columns.
2. Choose A4 or Letter and enter label width, height, margins, gaps and font size. Every CSV column becomes a line, in column order.
3. Up to 50 PDF pages and 50 MB output. Review overflow warnings and PDF preview before printing at 100% / Actual size.

Example

A4 with 63.5 × 38.1 mm labels, 7 mm side margins and 2.5 mm horizontal gaps fits three columns.

Methodology

Comma-separated CSV is parsed using the first row as headers. Each value becomes a label line; physical millimetre dimensions determine the page grid. Text exceeding a label is clipped and reported by record number.

Limitations

Latin PDF font only. No mail-merge templates or printer calibration. Print at Actual size and test on plain paper; printer margins and scaling can affect alignment.
