PDF form filler

What it does

Fill existing PDF form fields and checkboxes, preview the result and download a missing-field report.

How to use it

1. PDF input up to 25 MB, 200 pages and 300 fields. Enter values, then choose Fill and preview PDF.
2. Text fields, checkboxes and choices are supported. Read-only and unsupported fields remain unchanged. Missing required fields do not prevent downloading.
3. Processing stays local, has a 15-second deadline and supports cancellation. Outputs are capped at 50 MB.

Methodology

pdf-lib edits AcroForm values in a local worker. Required empty fields and unsupported field types are reported; PDF.js renders local previews.

Limitations

AcroForm only; no scanned forms, XFA, signatures or field creation. Latin font support; choice controls support supplied options. Existing signatures can be invalidated by editing. Required flags come from the PDF and are not a completeness guarantee.
